Kender's second Halloween was a success, even with all the last minute plan changes we had. Ryan had a flag football championship game that was scheduled tonight that we found out about last night... lame. We had plans to go trick or treating, but the weather was bad and the time frame was tight so we ended up having an early dinner at Arby's and then rushing to Chris and Kayla's before the game. Kender got to do some pretend trick or treating with them, and he even got some candy out of it! Kayla was sweet enough to take pictures for us. I was bummed that I forgot Kender's bucket, but he's still an adorable little pumpkin :)

I used a stencil to paint us some matching Halloween shirts :) This counts as a costume, right?

Before we left for Arby's, Kender ran and grabbed Ryan's hat and put it on. We don't wear hats very often, so we're not sure why he does that, but it's so cute! Kender picks up on a lot of things that we don't realize at first - today he found a Q-tip on the floor and immediately began pretending to clean his ears (don't worry, it was clean). He is always surprising us with new things he's learned!

Our sweet little pumpkin! He was such a good sport. He played in this thing for over an hour with no complaints! He even kept the hat on for me! |
Last week Ryan and I were able to go shooting with Chris and Kayla. It was a blast! (Haha, get it?) Kayla was able to get some cool pictures for us :)

Next time we need to get some pictures of Kayla too - she's a great shot!
That's all for now. Happy Halloween!
