"Uhhhhho!"

I mentioned in a post last week that my old blog had a lot of pictures missing from it - well, this week I worked to fully transfer the whole blog to Weebly and restore any lost pictures. Thankfully, our photos are organized well enough on our computer that I was able to find almost all of them! There were only two or three iPhone pictures that escaped me. It was a lot of work to move and restore everything, but it was also a lot of fun. It was really cool to go back and read and see pictures of what was going on back when we were newlyweds, when I was pregnant, when Kender was born, all the way up to the present. When I started this blog it was only supposed to be a way for our distant friends and family to keep up with us, but it has become so much more. It's a record of our growing and changing family. It's already three years old! I didn't realize how much it meant to me until I lost those pictures... I'm really glad to have everything back!

For my own purposes, I've organized all my blog posts into "chapters" (located at the top of the page as different tabs). I thought it might be fun for our kids to go back and read the story of our family from the very beginning in a few years. You're all welcome to do the same, although I can't guarantee it wont be very long and boring :)

We've had another fun week! Kender is at such a great age. He says "ball" flawlessly and recently picked up "uh oh" (pronounced "uhhhhho"). He brushes his hair and teeth, can point to his ears, hair, cheeks, knees, and feet, and is still obsessed with belly buttons. He loves to bring me diapers when I ask him to, but he still tends to fight me on the diaper change. Words can't describe how much I love that little boy! I'm so excited for the holiday season. I've been burning scented candles and desperately wanting to play Christmas music, but Ryan says it's too soon. He's probably right...

For Halloween this year, our family is going to be a "pumpkin patch." Kender has a really cute pumpkin costume and I got some pumpkin T-shirts for Ryan and I. Simple, but still cute. Just the way I like it!

Here are some pictures from this week:

We start college prep young in our family :)

One of his favorite activities is to take all the toys out of his toy box and then climb into it. Who needs the toys when you've got a sweet box?

Some more snuggle time with Daddy. I love these precious moments!

This is the seat from Kender's old jumparoo. It is now Kender and Roxy's new favorite chair.

This one is for you Grandma Tucker! It fits him, and it's so cute! He even broke it in by peeing on it :)

Shoving half a banana in his mouth... Such a boy :)

Just like Daddy!

That's all for now! Hope everyone has a good weekend :)
