I can’t believe I’m the mother of a 5 year old… And that I’m pushing 30… But that’s a post for another time lol.
Kender has grown into such a sweet and helpful little man. He wanted to invite a bunch of (you guessed it) 5 year olds to our house for a party, so I was a bit of a frazzled stress magnet and didn’t get any pictures of his party. The cake I made this year was awesome. Too bad I didn’t take any pictures before we devoured it!
When he grows up, Kender wants to be a Power Ranger, a Police Officer, and a Construction Worker.
He loves Power Rangers, Pokemon, helping everyone with their chores, holidays, hamburgers, sports, and his family ♥
Kender, my firstborn, you made me a mom. You’re the reason I do everything. I love you more than I know how to express, and I hope that you can feel that love. I hope our home is a safe place of comfort to you and your brother. Your dad and I will always be here for you, through every struggle you face.
These are from a few days before his party. I was trying to test out some ideas for things we could use to entertain his friends. This one was pretty cool! You just line up some Skittles in a pattern on a plate and pour a little water over them and watch the color bleed into a flower shape.🌸
Happy 5th birthday my sweet boy!
